Thank you for being so brave and open in sharing what you are going through . I have had periods of crippling anxiety too and I know the uncontrollable physical symptoms are scary, but they do go You will get through it and find a more self nurturing you in the process . Swimming and walking are great but so is giving yourself permission to do nothing much.

Love to you M x

it’s so very brave of you to admit this – out loud, in public. and as someone who has experienced shades of what you’ve described at various points in my life, it’s hard to read. but in the best possible way. it’s generous of you to let others know that someone who has always seemed so capable, so together, so successful can also go through all this. it’s generous to share your vulnerability with us. I’d never have wished all of this on you, but I can also see that you will learn, grow and come back stronger. but I do hope you take your time. and keep swimming. ❤️

Typically, even when you're falling apart, you make it seem like you've got it nailed. Sounds like things are coming along. Take your time, keep swimming :)
