Hello gang,
Sorry I haven’t written lately - work has been BUSY. Good busy! Nice busy! I’m doing work I enjoy! Hooray!
One of those things I enjoy is sharing the skills I built up over the 5.5 years I ran Bloody Good Period, and, as I know the tiktokkers hate a gatekeeper, I’m sharing them.
So, I wanted to invite you to an online, afternoon workshop I’m running on Friday 22nd March covering everything you need to know about getting PR on a very tight budget. Everyone knows how important good PR is, but for so many of us just starting out, or with minimal budgets, agency help is completely out of reach. It certainly was for me.
I've been there. As many of you will know I took BGP from a simple Facebook status, to a charity that got coverage in Vogue, Evening Standard, Shondaland, on Sky News, BBC News and Woman's Hour to name a few. All with £0.00 PR budget. So I thought I'd share what I've learned - what works, what doesn't and what journalists and researchers think about your pitch email.
Sound good?
Then I would absolutely love you to join my workshop to discover how to:
🚀 Build reputation and thought leadership
🤝 Cultivate lasting relationships with journalists and researchers
🌟 Maximise pro-bono PR offers
🔭 Integrate PR thinking into your long term goals
It’s ideal for founders, charities, SMEs, and anyone seeking effective PR on a budget. I can't wait to see you there 😍
***** Oh also because I love you, if you book via this link, I’ve added a 10% off code in honour of feminist Christmas, aka International Women’s Day - feel free to share with your friends and that. *****
Omg can you imagine if I see one of you there? I will be so excited!
Lots and lots of love
Gabby xx
